Refund Policy
Because ContractorOS™ is an instantly downloadable digital product (containing spreadsheet software files, document templates, and guides) that can be easily duplicated, all sales are final and non-refundable once purchase is complete and files are delivered.
1. Digital Delivery & Product Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality, accuracy, and functionality of our estimation engines and B2B template vaults. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of use, or user error, we will issue a full refund or replacement under the following conditions (errors on our part):
- Delivery Failure: If you do not receive download links in the checkout dialog or via email, and our support team is unable to deliver the files manually within three (3) business days of your purchase.
- File Corruption or Defect: If the downloaded files (XLSX, ZIP, PDF) are verified to be corrupted, damaged, or suffer from severe programming/formula defects that prevent them from operating as described, and we cannot supply a corrected version within three (3) business days of your bug report.
2. Lifetime Customer Support
We want to ensure you get the absolute most value out of ContractorOS™. If you run into issues opening the spreadsheet, configuring hourly rates, or importing templates into Word/Canva, please contact our support team. We provide lifetime email support to help you set up and run your back-office systems successfully.
3. Abuse and Unauthorized Distribution
Since the digital assets are self-contained and not lock-keyed to a single user account, unauthorized redistribution, sharing, or reselling of the ContractorOS™ vault files is strictly prohibited under intellectual property laws. We monitor file sharing platforms and reserve the right to revoke support and take legal action in cases of distribution abuse.
4. Processing Qualified Refunds
In cases where a refund is qualified due to unresolved technical or delivery defects on our part, we process the transaction within 2 business days. The funds will be credited back automatically to your original payment method via Stripe. It may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement depending on your bank.
