Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website (contractoros-1gb.pages.dev) and purchasing the ContractorOS™ Complete Vault suite. By accessing our site or purchasing our files, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Product Delivery & Single-Use License

ContractorOS™ is a digital download suite consisting of spreadsheet models, proposal documents, and reference manuals. Upon successful purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-business license to use these files.

• Permitted Use: You may edit, adapt, and use the spreadsheet and document templates to manage estimates, invoices, subcontractor terms, and proposals for your own construction/contracting business.
• Prohibited Use: You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, host online, or share these files (in whole or in part) with other independent contractors, businesses, or third parties. Sharing or distributing the files voids your license immediately.

2. Purchases, Billing & Installments

All purchases are structured as a one-time payment ($197.00). Payments are billed via Stripe Checkout. If you choose installment methods (Klarna/Afterpay), you agree to the separate repayment terms issued by those financing providers. There are no recurring fees or ongoing subscription billing on our site.

3. Refund Policy & Quality Guarantee

Because ContractorOS™ is an instantly downloadable digital product, all sales are final and non-refundable once purchase is complete. We stand behind our product quality with a 100% Support & Delivery Guarantee: we will issue a full refund or replacement only if there is a verified delivery failure or file corruption that our technical support team cannot resolve within three (3) business days of your purchase. The files, calculators, templates, and manuals provided within ContractorOS™ are for informational, educational, and operational purposes only.

• Financial Disclaimer: Pricing calculators are mathematical estimation models. You remain solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of material cost inputs, hourly subcontractor rates, tax liabilities, and business parameters before submitting client bids. We are not responsible for any financial losses or low-bidding errors made on active commercial or residential jobs.
• Legal Disclaimer: The subcontractor agreements and legal forms are plain-English template frameworks. They do not constitute legal advice. We recommend having a certified local attorney review all contracts to verify compliance with local municipal building regulations, state licensing guidelines, and regional insurance laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ContractorOS™ or its creators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the digital product assets, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
